Notice.
Effective October 5, 2026
This notice explains how Filament Canvas handles information when you browse, contact us, place an order, or upload a photograph.
Information you send
When you order through Shopify, we receive the information needed to fulfill your order, including your contact details, shipping address, order details, and any photographs uploaded with your print. Inquiry buttons open your email app; if you send the email, we receive the message and any attachments you include.
How we use it
We use order details and uploaded photographs to prepare, confirm, produce, and deliver your print, communicate about your order, and maintain business records. We use inquiries to respond and prepare quotes. You can ask us to stop sending promotional updates at any time by email.
Website and outside services
Shopify hosts the storefront and processes checkout, payments, and uploaded order files using its service providers. Payment information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Google Fonts, email providers, and file-sharing services may also process technical or message information under their own privacy notices.
Sharing and storage
We may share project information with service providers when needed to communicate, produce, or deliver an agreed order, or when required by law. We keep correspondence and project materials for as long as reasonably needed for the request, our business records, or legal obligations. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Your choices
You can browse without sending an inquiry. To ask what information we hold from your correspondence, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or stop receiving updates, contact customerservice@filamentcanvas.net. We may need to retain some records where required for an order or by law.
Changes
We may revise this notice when our practices change. The effective date above shows when this version was posted.
