1. About this website

Filament Canvas presents layered artwork, personalized keepsakes, collectibles, and custom 3D printing. Listings and examples may be illustrative or marked “coming soon.” Purchase buttons direct customers to Filament Canvas’s Shopify checkout, where orders and payments are processed. We sell physical items only. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

2. Quotes and project details

We review requests individually. Any proposed price, timeline, size, material, finish, delivery method, and other project details should be agreed with you directly before work begins. A website description or initial discussion is not a final quote. Availability and feasibility depend on the submitted image or file and the project requirements.

3. Files, photos, and permissions

When you send us a photo, model, design, link, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested work. You remain responsible for the rights and accuracy of what you submit. You give Filament Canvas permission to review and use the material as needed to evaluate and complete your requested project. We may decline work that appears to infringe another person's rights or is unsafe or unsuitable for our process.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential designs, or images of someone else without the appropriate permission through an initial inquiry.

4. Handmade and printed results

Layered and 3D printed pieces may show visible layers and small differences in color, texture, dimensions, or finish from on-screen images or design previews. We will discuss material project requirements with you before production. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, custom prints are decorative or general-purpose items and are not represented as suitable for safety-critical, medical, food-contact, or other regulated uses.

5. Payment, delivery, and changes

Production turnaround is 3–5 days after payment and approval of your photo or project details. Shipping transit time is additional.

Free domestic economy shipping on orders over $75. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Custom physical prints are non-refundable. For custom printing, the $20 setup fee becomes non-refundable once staff confirms the submitted file or image can be used and the project proceeds; it is applied toward the final project cost. If there is an issue, contact customerservice@filamentcanvas.net with your order number and details. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

6. Site content

The text, branding, and artwork displayed on this site belong to Filament Canvas or their respective owners. You may browse the site for personal use, but please ask before reproducing its content for another purpose. References to third-party characters or properties do not imply affiliation with their owners.
